1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts.

2. USE OF SERVICES

• Services must be used for lawful purposes only.
• You may not misuse, copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our software/services without permission.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content, code, designs, and trademarks are owned by Codgix.
• Unauthorized use is prohibited.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide accurate information.
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENTS

• SaaS subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Payment terms apply as per the Payment Terms document.

6. TERMINATION

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
• Users may terminate services by written notice, subject to contract/payment obligations.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Services are provided “as is.”
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 6 months.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India, unless otherwise agreed in contract.

9. AMENDMENTS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
